What is UCPath?
UCPath is the house of records for all employee benefits, payroll and personal information. This is where you can make your benefit elections, set up your direct deposit, obtain pay statements, reissue missing paychecks and so much more.

What is UCNet?
UCNet is a place where UC faculty, staff and retirees can:
- get updates about systemwide news and programs that impact UC employees and retirees
- find information about benefits and policies
- sign into their personal benefits accounts
- discover university tools and resources
- learn more about the people who work every day to support UC's teaching, research and public service mission
- learn about opportunities to get involved in UC community activities
- read UCnetwork, UC's systemwide staff newsletter
- UCnet also provides prospective employees and other audiences with information about UC employment

How do I obtain a parking permit?
To purchase a parking permit, please contact Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS) at transportation.ucr.edu or by calling (951) 827-TAPS (8277). Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Please note that TAPS provides limited emergency vehicle services within the campus property.

Where can I make my benefit elections?
Benefit elections are made within UCPath. You have 31 days to make your benefit elections from the date of your hire.

Where do I make my retirement elections?
Retirement elections are made through the UCPath website.

What do I do if I can't log into UCPath?
Contact your supervisor. Please note, once you are active in UCPath, you will receive notifications via email with login information.

I didn't receive my paycheck. Who do I contact for help?
If you didn't receive your pay, please contact your supervisor immediately.

What do I do if time is missing on my paycheck?
If you notice hours missing from your pay, contact your supervisor.

When do I get paid?
Payday is bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your pay cycle. Please review the payroll calendar.
On-Campus Jobs: Speak with your employer regarding procedures and deadlines
Off-Campus Jobs: You will receive instructions within your Letter of Clearance (LOC) email.

Where do I access my timesheet to record hours worked?
Visit timesheet.ucr.edu to access the Time & Attendance Reporting System (TARS). Please review this timesheet infographic if you need help understanding the process and how to fill out your timesheet.

What happens if my timesheet is submitted late?
Contact your supervisor right away. Late timesheets will result in the employee being paid during the next payroll cycle.

Who is responsible for tracking my work hours?
Both you and your immediate supervisor (employer) are responsible for tracking the hours worked, and for submitting your timesheets in a timely manner.

What is R'Space?
R'Space is UCR's faculty and staff portal that provides single sign-on access to campus online systems from a single web location. R'Space also contains various electronic tools to enhance workplace effectiveness and streamline campus communications. Log in with your regular UCR NETID and password.

- News and announcements: View UCR news and announcements
- Single sign-on: Access campus online systems with a single sign-on from a single web location
